There are plenty of fun things to do in Port Coquitlam during the holidays! With just a couple of weeks left, here are a few local ideas to get you feeling festive…
Canadian Holiday Train is making its last stop in Port Coquitlam to wrap up the City’s 100th birthday celebrations on December 16th. The evening starts with a free public skate at the Rec Complex at 6:15 pm. The train arrives at the West Coast Express Station – Port Coquitlam (2125 Kingsway. – located at the foot of Wilson Avenue) at approximately 7:15 pm. Everyone who attends is encouraged to make a donation to the Share Society.
Choose Your Own Xmas Adventure performance by Second Storey Theatre (201-2550 Shaughnessy Street) is happening December 6 -21 at 8:00 pm on Friday and Saturday nights and matinees at 2 pm on Saturdays. Grab your tickets ahead of time!
Gather round with Mrs Claus while she entertains the children with a Christmas story, cookie decorating and a magical ride through the North Pole on the snowy Christmas Train. This fun event is $10 per child and takes place hourly from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Wednesday to Sunday Space is limited so book early
